The writers and actors strike followed The Outlaws S3 and work became difficult to come by. Bristol had only 2 active productions during this time. When the industry 'opened up' again everyone was fighting for the same jobs. I took the first role that was offered to me, as a Draughtsperson on The Forsytes - a fun Victoriana style show and worked on this for 6 months. There was a lot of drawing for the two main interior houses, as well as drawing for the locations. There was also a lot of reusing existing sets which was a fun and interesting challenge to work with.
